Shopping at Little Star Parties could not be easier. Simply browse through the large selection of party goods and add them to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping click on the checkout icon and complete your delivery details. You will then be taken to a secure server to complete your payment. Confirmation of your order (once payment has been confirmed) will be sent to you via email.
Prices shown are in euro and are inclusive of vat at the rate applicable to that product. Little Star Parties is vat registered, vat registration number IE.6402183E. There will be an additional charge for delivery (see Delivery).
To the best of our ability only those items currently in stock are shown on our site. In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery, together with, if appropriate, suggested alternative items. If you wish to change or cancel your order you can e-mail email@example.com or 071 9645868 and your order will be revised, or fully refunded.
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. All payments are processed using Realex, a recognised online credit payment agency that is guarded by SSL encryption security, and connections to the banks are completed over private dedicated circuits that are managed by the banks. Sensitive data is never held in any network segment accessible from the internet, ensuring you of the highest possible protection for your credit or debit card details.
Subject to availability, goods will be despatched within one working day of confirmation of order. Goods are delivered by Fastway courier or An Post (within Ireland) to the delivery address supplied by you during the purchasing process and will normally be delivered the following working day after despatch. A standard delivery charge is applied (see Delivery for more details). Once your order has been despatched we will e-mail you your tracking ID which can be used to track your delivery. Deliveries to Britain are delivered by Parcelforce or by Royal Mail special delivery and are usually delivered within two days of despatch.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, please return within 10 days of receipt of goods for a complete refund or replacement. Goods should be returned in full and in good condition, including all packaging, at your own expense. You can use the An Post ReturnPal App and select Little Star Parties from the drop down list to have your item collected by An Post.
Delivery charge (where applied to the order) is not refundable. If delivery was free due to the order exceeding the free delivery value, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the refund where the value of the returned item(s) causes the remaining order value to fall below the free delivery value.
Refunds will not be applied for personal items such as wigs and hosiery if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
In some cases charges may apply for re-stocking or re-packing. Details of charges are given below and, where applicable, will be deducted from any refund given.
Re-stocking - Goods returned more that 14 days after original despatch may incur a €2.00 restocking charge. NB: Goods returned more than 21 days from original despatch will not be refunded, and will incur additional postage charges if the items are required to be returned to you.
Re-Packing - Please re-pack any items that have been taken out of packaging carefully, including the proper folding of costumes, and include all packaging.
Where returned items need to be re-folded or re-packaged a €2.00 charge may be applied. NB: Please do not tape costume packaging, or attach invoice or other paperwork to the returned items, as this may cause damage to the packaging and lead to re-packaging charges being applied.

To ensure goods reach us safely, we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit. All refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of return.
